OCTOBER SimTech™ Challenge Wrap Up

Announcing Paulson’s SimTech Injection Molding –  October champion, Alexandru Crai from OMS Besser Group! Alexandru easily scooped the Top Molder title for this month; earning the coveted spot for the second time this year! Congratulations Alexandru!

This month’s competition was fierce, with several challengers neck and neck and many who seem to have settled into regular seats on the leaderboard. Rounding the heels of Alexandru is our 2019 TOP MOLDER Johnny Ash, followed by Vomir Marius for third. The only thing separating this trio of winners is a mere 1/2 percent! Making for an extremely tight competition. Hats off to all those who participated. The plastics industry should feel good knowing there are some incredibly talented molders out there! Here’s the October Challenge winnings break-down:

This month, we have three new PRIZE winners! Our first place prize winner is Jamie Arnold from Jones Plastics.  Jamie wins a hat, shirt, and $500 towards training.  Second place goes to Tim Clark from CPI.  He wins a hat and $300 towards training.  And third place goes to Chris Arnold from RS&B who get a shirt and $200 towards training.

**Winners & Prizes Explained

You’ll note our TOP MOLDERS and PRIZE winners for the month are different. Why? In order to give everyone an opportunity to win a prize and keep things fair, we’re limiting the monthly prize wins. Once you achieve FIRST PLACE, you cannot claim another monthly prize again for the year. If you won SECOND or THIRD PLACE, you can still work your way up to FIRST and claim the top spot. If you’re not eligible to win the monthly prizes again, it doesn’t mean you can’t compete. You can still accumulate points to win the GRAND PRIZE of $6,000 worth of training from Paulson to be announced at the end of the year. So keep participating!
