Paulson SkillCheck is a comprehensive needs assessment program that measures the knowledge of your workforce and potential new hires. This web-based testing program is easy to take from any computer with access to the Internet.

Each test taker is given a secure and confidential password. Tests are 30 to 40 questions long and the results are submitted in a thorough, confidential report that pinpoints areas of strength and weakness.

Test reports include:

  • Scores of all test takers
  • Comparisons to industry averages
  • Identification of strong and weak subject matter areas for each employee
