About Scott: Scott Paulson is the President of Paulson Training Programs Inc. Founded by Donald Paulson in 1976, Paulson Training Programs has a 29-year history as the leading provider of the highest quality training services to the plastics manufacturing industry. Scott joined the firm in 1988 with a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from Central Connecticut State University. His responsibilities have included Product Development Manager, responsible for the writing and production of Paulson’s line of highly regarded training products. Scott has published and presented ANTEC papers on the use and effectiveness of CD and simulation based training programs on manufacturing efficiency and employee improvement.
